Senior Vice President/General Counsel – Mission Hospital

The Senior Vice President and General Counsel, Legal Services, serves as a member of the Executive Team and is the primary legal advisor to senior leadership, the Mission Health Board of Directors and the Boards of Directors of its affiliated entities, management, executives and medical staff. The General Counsel is responsible administratively for Legal, Claims and Litigation, Workers’ Compensation and the organization’s self-insured liability insurance program. Provides oversight and accepts accountability for the Legal Services Department, including a matrix relationship to Risk Management for Claims and Litigation and to the Vice President and General Counsel, Health Plan Solutions.
