We are excited to announce that this year’s keynote speaker is Thomas Friedman, Executive Administrator of the North Carolina State Health Plan. Tom's presentation, Partnering Differently in Healthcare, will discuss how the State Health Pan is redesigning how we do business to ensure we are financially viable to serve our members. To do that we have to contract differently, partner differently, and realign around clear objectives and incentives. This session will cover where we are going, how we got there, and what we are learning along the way.
